Cookie policy

Through this document, ITCOM makes available to users and clients its policy on the collection and processing of cookies, in compliance with the provisions of article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Users may select which types of cookies they accept or reject from the site's own cookie notice, in accordance with what is set out in this policy.

What are cookies? Cookies are small files that are stored on the user's terminal device (computer or mobile device) and collect information when a website is visited.

How does ITCOM use cookies? The cookies generated when a user visits ITCOM's web pages (itcom.es) are stored in order to make browsing those pages possible, to improve their usability by adapting them to users' browsing habits and needs, and to obtain information for statistical purposes about the number of visits and browsing behaviour.

For those users who are ITCOM clients, the information collected through cookies also serves to identify them when they access the various tools that ITCOM makes available to them to manage the services they have contracted.

This site does not install measurement cookies until the user accepts them in the notice shown on the first visit.
